During the turn of the 20th century an art movement took place called "Art Nouveau". The artists of this time are ones of my very favorite, one in particular was Alphonse Mucha. His works include such beautiful detail and stunning line work that illustrators and artists today still reference his lithographs. Mucha's work as well as the art nouveay movement was prominently inspired by organic shapes, mainly plants, flowers, and curly line which was bold in design. Much of Mucha's work included advertisements, and even as advertisements were glorious examples of powerful line and beautiful women. His work consistently inspires many artists, including myself to make everything as beautiful and as visually pleasing as possible.

The beauty of Alphonse Mucha's work lives on through so many inspired fans that it is a great pleasure to see many works by many artists using Mucha as a master artists whom they can look up to.
These images are amazing. This is the style I plan on using in my next Tattoo. Its classic yet still has a feel of relevance to me.
